4CPPE Appeal

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Prof. Vidal-Puig and his collaborators are doing their bit to ensure the safety and protection of our vital frontline healthcare workers. By liaising with collaborators in Nanjing, China, to source and bring in PPE whilst working with UK companies to design respirators, the aim of the 4CPPE Campaign is to ensure that plenty of personal protective equipment (PPE) - such as masks, goggles, gowns and gloves - is available in the UK to protect our NHS staff so that they continue to focus on what they do best - caring for patients.
